RETURN POLICY

  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If your product is worn or damaged, we will not exchange or refund at any cost.
  • Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from receiving you parcel. If you have any query you have to get back within 3 days of receiving your package otherwise the policy will lapse.
    • We only consider return and exchanges in case of courier damage or defective products.
    • If for some reason you face size issue then only exchange can be provided and no returns/refunds.
    • If for some reason you don't like the design then only exchange can be provided and no returns/refunds.


    REFUND POLICY

    • Refund is provided only in form of store credit which can be used within 1 year. We have a strict non monetary refund policy.
    • We don't have the facility of reverse pickup from our side, if you want to exchange the product or return the product you will have to send it back to us on the below given address only then we will be able to start the return or exchange process.
    • In terms of a genuine mistake or courier damage or defective product or any other issues as recommended by the management we will refund back the courier charge to you in form of store credit for the next order or discount on the same order.
    • Please note again, Refund is provided only in form of store credit which can be used within 1 year.
