Shipping will be done within 7-12 days after placing order through our courier partners.

Delivery will be done within 7-10 days after dispatching the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging.

If your product is worn or damage we will not exchange or refund at any cost.

Our return and refund policy last not more than 3 days from receiving you parcel, If you have any query you have to get back within 3 days of receiving your package otherwise the Policy will lapse.

We only consider return and exchanges in case of courier damage or defective products, We provide exchange or store credit.

REFUND POLICY

Refund is provided only in form of store credit which can be used within 1 year, At no point to be provide refund at any cost so you can either exchange the product or we can provide store credit to you.

We will never do reverse pickup from our side, if you want to exchange the product or return the product you will have to send it back to us on the below given address only then we will be able to start the return or exchange process.

In terms of a genuine mistake or courier damage or defective product or any other issues as recommend by the management we will refund back the courier charge to you in form of store credit for the next order or discount on the same order.

Refund is provided only in form of store credit which can be used within 1 year.

We do not have facility of reverse pickup at any cost anywhere in India so you will have to courier us.

We can provide you details of courier people available in your area but unfortunately we do not have the reverse pickup facility.
